1. I’m super curious about the diet. Weight loss and increased flexibity and range of movement are my goals. Sometimes simply the reading and buying and prepping all the beautiful foods is the biggest motivator. Keep me posted.

      Well I was thinking, part of your trip here will be during the 30 days so I’ll get to cook for you!! I think you’d really enjoy the meals. The discipline is the hard part (for everyone)
