  1. Kids learn by watching and trying to imitate the older kids. Unfortunately like most growth it is really uncomfortable – especially for the adults watching ๐Ÿ˜ช

Help L to understand that there will be many times in life where he will be uncomfortable as he stretches to learn new skills. And someday he will have them. It is that simple.

The hardest part is you being okay with it too. But the more comfortable you get knowing his discomfort is fuel for growth, the more comfortable and curious he will get.

Being a parent can be hard on your heart.

Whole 30 sounds cool! That seared salmon benedict looks super yummy! I would love to try it it in the future (I feel it might be too difficult now because I have been following a pescatarian diet for a little over a year, so I would be limited to the recipes with fish).. ALSO omg no oats???? no peanut butter?? no milk?? SUPER HARD. I have oatmeal every day! Would be so hard for me to give that up! ๐Ÿ™
One of the girls I went to high school with just did it and was really happy at the end (oddly enough she is a hygienist too!) Would love to know how you feel at the end of it and if any of your pain goes away.

No peanut butter is SO HARD! L eats peanut butter every day and I always like lick the spoon afterwards or take a bite of his toast. Not anymore ๐Ÿ™ ๐Ÿ™ I will be sure to let you know how it goes!!
