Is he overtired? At 15 months A still needed two naps. I had tried one because she was skipping the afternoon but it was too early. At 17 months I finally switched her to one and started with up at 7 and nap at 11:30. I would try maybe earlier nap for a few days and if that doesn’t work, then maybe later nap? He may just need more awake time in fact? Good lck, momma! I can’t believe you got up at 4. You go girl! Love L in his Easter outfit!

Hmm he could be! He’s been having difficulty sleeping in general lately so maybe it’s all related to being over tired. I’ll try the earlier naps! Thanks πŸ™‚ I love waking up early (maybe not that early) but I’m most productive in the mornings!

  2. Aww, what a fun and sweet weekend! I’m glad you had so much good weather πŸ™‚ I am clearly no nap expert, but when I taught 3-6 year olds, most stopped napping between 3 1/2 – 4 1/2. I have no tips though, as we’ve been struggling with naps as well πŸ™

Oh wow! Glad to know I should still have some time left! He definitely NEEDS the nap, just doesn’t like it. But everyone’s telling me he’s likely overtired so I’m going to try earlier naps! Hope James adjusts soon as well!

Fun! I love the picture of him with the juice box! I have no tips for skipping nap though! I count on naps with our 1.5 year old. I always get nervous when I think he might skip! I hope you have a great week!
